International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what are the additional costs prior to purchasing.

Please note that any customs charges imposed by your country on international packages must be paid by you.

Paypal is preferred method of payment, however keep in mind that HELMETBOYS can only ship to the address stated on your PAYPAL account

No exceptions!

Items will ship on the following day after payment is received unless it is a weekend or holiday in which case they will be ship on the next business day.

Items will be shipped from Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update on the shipping company's website.

please note that any request to cancel the transaction once paid will result in a 20% restocking fee, even if the item has not been shipped out.

EXCHANGE

Goods sold are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Terms and conditions for exchanges: Exchange ONLY for sizes:

Merchandise for an exchange for sizes must fulfil these criteria:
·    in their original condition and in their original packaging
·    unused and undamaged
·    within 15 days from date of original receipt

Exchange for sizes are allowed for the same identical item only.

HELMETBOYS store reserves the right to refuse any exchange for size if
·    the item is NOT in original packaging
·    the item is NOT in new saleable condition
·    the item has signs of usage or damage

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges (if applicable)
 If you need to exchange it for the same item, please follow the steps below

    1) send us an email first at sales@helmetboys.com to request for RMA code
        ---return merchandise authorization (RMA)
    2) After you receive your RMA code, please write the RMA number on the
        outside of the box that the product is being shipped to us            
    3) pack securely and mail the product

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to exchange your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you exchanging for sizes, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
